Yes, a $300 USD deposit is required to secure your wedding date. This deposit is non-refundable if the weddingis cancelled at any time. It will be credited toward your total balance. Additionally, a $500 USD deposit isrequired for packages that include cocktail and reception events.

We recommend starting the booking process for your wedding venue 9 to 12 months prior to the event. Thisgives you the best chance of securing your preferred date and ensuring availability of rooms and venues.

Yes, there may be other events held at the same time in different venues across the resort. However, we ensurethat each event is given the attention it deserves and that you have a dedicated venue for your weddingcelebration.

We provide special rates for wedding groups, but a minimum number of rooms and nights is required to accessthese discounted rates. Please contact us at weddingsbypalladium@palladiumhotelgroup.com or reach out toyour preferred Travel Agent for more information about special group rates.

At least 80% of your wedding guests must stay at the resort to enjoy the event access. Guests not staying atthe resort will need to purchase a day pass to attend the event, with prices subject to change. Please consultwith your wedding coordinator for further details.

Children aged 3-12 years old receive a 50% discount on supplemental wedding package costs and extra food &beverage services. Children aged 13 years and older are considered adults and are charged the full adult price.

If you cancel your wedding 6 months or more before the event, the initial deposit is non-refundable.Cancellations made less than 45 days before the wedding will incur charges equivalent to the full invoiceamount.

Yes! All of our wedding packages can be personalized to reflect your style and preferences. You can also createa completely A La Carte Wedding for a fully bespoke experience.

Yes, all wedding packages include the services of a wedding coordinator who will assist with all planningdetails. Our wedding planning team will be in touch 6 months before the wedding to finalize arrangements.

While our in-house wedding planners will assist with every aspect of your celebration, some couples mayprefer a more personalized approach. If you choose to hire an external planner, please notify our onsite teamas soon as possible. We can also recommend experienced external wedding planners, depending on thedestination.

Couples must arrive at least 2 working days before a symbolic or Catholic ceremony, and 4 working daysbefore a legal ceremony. Please note that arrival dates on weekends or holidays do not count.

Steam services are provided by our laundry department for an additional cost. This service must be requestedat least two working days before the wedding.

Our on-site spa offers hair and makeup services for an additional cost. If you'd like to bring your own vendors,there is a $800 USD fee for each external vendor to access the resort's facilities.

You can bring your own decorations; however, please note there is a fee for setting them up. All decorationsmust be picked up at the end of the event, as Palladium Hotels & Resorts and our staff are not responsible forany items left behind. Be sure to discuss your decor details with your wedding planner for further assistance.

External vendors are allowed, but they will incur a vendor fee depending on the type of service they offer.Food, drinks, and cake vendors are not permitted. If external vendors are not disclosed, there will be a penaltyfee for non-compliance.

This service is available only at certain resorts. Please ask your wedding planner or sales specialist foravailability and costs.

We work exclusively with trusted suppliers for floral arrangements, offering a wide variety of flowers. Anyadditional floral requests beyond the standard package may incur extra costs. Please discuss your flowerpreferences with your wedding planner.

Yes, an officiant is included for symbolic ceremonies, except for the Crazy in Love Promotion. If you choose to bring an external officiant, there is a $800 USD fee to access the resort.

We offer a variety of ceremonies, including:

- Symbolic Ceremonies (performed by a minister, no legal value)

- Catholic Mass (only available in Mexico, must be requested at least 6 months in advance)

The semi-private dinner includes a 3-course meal with a set menu, and it will be customized with your weddingconsultant. Special decor is not allowed in our existing restaurant venues.

No, all venues for private functions require open bar service for the entire event duration.

The cocktail hour includes one hour of open bar service, with appetizers served per person based on selection. Additional appetizers can be ordered at extra cost.

Yes, we provide a pre-determined backup location for outdoor ceremonies in case of inclement weather. Thecouple will sign off on the new plan, and the final decision will be made in consultation with the hotel. Once thedecision has been made, setup at the new location will beginning and cannot be changed after this. Pleasenote, that in extreme weather conditions, the hotel staff will be forced to make the call to relocate the event tothe pre-determined back up location for the safety of all guests and the couple.
